1. Take 1-2 teaspoons of oil in your palm
2. Apply on scalp and massage gently for 5 minutes
3. Spread through hair strands from root to tip
4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deep conditioning)
5. Wash off with mild shampoo
6. Use 2-3 times a week for best results
